Mickey's Links
Partner Network Policy
Version: 1.0
Applies to: All registered Mickey’s Links partners, referral partners, community builders, creators, and recruitment partners.
Version: 1.0
Applies to: All registered Mickey’s Links partners, referral partners, community builders, creators, and recruitment partners.
The Mickey’s Links Partner Network enables individuals and communities to earn commissions by referring travelers to eligible trips and travel packages offered by Mickey’s Links.
This policy explains how partner attribution, commissions, free-trip rewards, recruitment overrides, Heavy Volume Hitter benefits, and partner responsibilities work.
Participation in the Partner Network means agreeing to follow this policy and the applicable booking, payment, cancellation, and trip terms communicated by Mickey’s Links.
Confirmed Traveler: An individual traveler who has paid in full, actually completes the trip, and has not cancelled their booking.
Eligible Booking: A booking attributed to a partner under the attribution rules in this policy.
Partner Code: A unique discount or tracking code linked to a partner’s account.
Recruiter: A partner who directly recruits another person into the Mickey’s Links Partner Network.
Direct Recruit: A partner personally recruited by another partner. Recruitment overrides apply only to direct recruits.
Heavy Volume Hitter (HVH): A partner who qualifies for the enhanced commission structure by generating at least 30 Confirmed Travelers in a calendar month, subject to verification and the rules below.
Base Package Price: The price of the base trip package before discounts, excluding optional add-ons and upgrades.
For each individual trip, the standard commission structure is:
Confirmed Travelers on that trip
Commission per Confirmed Traveler
First 10
₹3,000+ each
11th traveler onward
₹4,000+ each
The “+” means the stated amount is a minimum, not a maximum. Mickey’s Links may independently offer a higher commission.
The higher tier is not retroactive. The first 10 travelers remain at the first-tier rate; only the 11th traveler onward qualifies for the higher rate.
Example: If a partner generates 12 Confirmed Travelers for one trip:
First 10 travelers: 10 × ₹3,000 = ₹30,000
Next 2 travelers: 2 × ₹4,000 = ₹8,000
Total minimum commission: ₹38,000
Commission tiers are calculated separately for each trip. Travelers generated for one trip do not increase the commission tier for another trip.
A cancelled traveler does not qualify for commission, regardless of whether Mickey’s Links retains a cancellation fee.
If cancellations reduce the final eligible traveler count for a trip, the commission is recalculated using the remaining Confirmed Travelers and the applicable tiers.
For example, if a trip initially has 12 eligible travelers but cancellations reduce the final count to 10, the remaining eligible travelers are paid at the first-tier rate of ₹3,000+ each.
A partner earns commission only for travelers who satisfy the Confirmed Traveler definition and the applicable attribution requirements. A booking, deposit, enquiry, or reservation alone does not guarantee commission.
The commission payout window begins on the actual trip departure date and ends 30 days after the actual departure date.
No commission is payable before the trip departs.
Commission may be processed at any point within the payout window.
No specific payment day within that window is guaranteed.
All travelers on the relevant trip must have paid in full.
Travelers must satisfy the Confirmed Traveler definition before their commission becomes eligible.
If a trip is rescheduled, the payout window is calculated using the actual departure date of the rescheduled trip, not the original scheduled date.
Mickey’s Links may verify booking attribution, payment completion, cancellations, traveler participation, and other eligibility conditions before processing commission.
Partners can choose between commission and free-trip rewards at specified booking milestones.
Cumulative eligible bookings
Reward
4
Free trip for the partner
8
Free trip for the partner + 1 friend
12
Free trip for the partner + 2 friends
16
Free trip for the partner + 3 friends
Milestones accumulate across multiple trips. A single trip can also generate enough eligible bookings to reach one or more milestones.
Milestones are cumulative, and repeated milestones can unlock repeated rewards, subject to the allocation and redemption rules below.
For the bookings allocated to a particular reward, the partner must choose between:
Receiving the applicable commission for those bookings; or
Redeeming the corresponding free-trip reward.
The partner cannot receive both commission and a free trip for the same allocated bookings.
Milestones may overlap while rewards remain unredeemed. However, once bookings have been allocated to a redeemed reward, those same bookings cannot be reused to claim another reward.
Example: A partner generates 16 eligible bookings. If 4 bookings are allocated to redeem the first reward, only the remaining 12 bookings can be allocated toward additional rewards.
Mickey’s Links may verify the booking allocation before confirming a reward.
A reward becomes available when the relevant milestone is unlocked.
The partner may select the reward immediately or at any time within six months of unlocking it.
The partner must choose whether to receive commission or redeem the free trip within that six-month period.
Mickey’s Links will try to remind partners before their reward expires.
If the partner does not make a choice within six months, the reward expires. Commission is not automatically paid for the bookings allocated to that expired reward.
If a partner requests redemption after expiry and Mickey’s Links agrees to accommodate the request, the partner will receive store credits equal to the commission they would have earned on the bookings allocated to that reward. These credits do not expire and may be used toward a future paid offer or paid trip.
A free-trip reward covers the partner and the number of eligible friends specified by the milestone. It includes the inclusions provided in the base package.
It does not include optional add-ons, upgrades, or personal expenses unless Mickey’s Links expressly agrees otherwise.
The partner may choose from upcoming scheduled trips that have availability.
Free-trip rewards are subject to availability.
Paying travelers do not lose priority because a partner has a free-trip reward.
If the partner’s preferred trip is full, the partner must choose another available trip.
The reward is not a guarantee of a seat on any particular departure.
Once the free trip has been locked in, the partner cannot cancel it while retaining the reward.
If the partner cancels after lock-in, the free-trip opportunity is forfeited.
If Mickey’s Links cancels the trip, the reward is restored.
In cases of force majeure or similar circumstances affecting the trip, Mickey’s Links will offer a new date instead of treating the situation as a partner forfeiture.
The standard free-trip milestone system also applies to Heavy Volume Hitters. Flexible booking allocation may be used under this policy. Any additional custom arrangement must be separately agreed with Mickey’s Links.
Partners may recruit new partners and earn an override on the commission attributable to their direct recruits.
The recruitment override is fixed at 2% of the applicable commission amount earned by each direct recruit under the rules in this section.
The override is calculated on commission, not on the recruit’s booking revenue or package sales value.
A recruiter earns an override only on their direct recruits.
No override is paid on second-level or deeper recruits.
There is no limit on the number of direct recruits a partner may have.
A partner may earn their own booking commissions and recruitment overrides in the same month.
For this programme, a partner is considered active if they are registered in the Mickey’s Links Partner Network. They do not need to have generated a booking to remain active.
An override is payable only when the underlying traveler completes the trip and the direct recruit would qualify for commission under the applicable rules.
A cancelled traveler does not generate an override.
A refunded or otherwise ineligible booking does not generate an override.
The underlying booking must satisfy the relevant payment, completion, attribution, and eligibility conditions.
The recruitment override also applies to eligible bookings allocated by a direct recruit toward a free-trip reward.
In those cases, the override is calculated on the commission amount the recruit would have earned if the booking had been allocated to commission instead of the free trip.
For a standard partner, the 2% override is calculated using the applicable standard commission amount the direct recruit would have earned for that traveler, including the relevant ₹3,000+ or ₹4,000+ tier.
For a Heavy Volume Hitter, the 2% override is calculated on the 15% commission amount the direct recruit would have earned on the eligible traveler’s Base Package Price.
This calculation also applies when the direct recruit allocates the booking toward a free-trip reward.
If the direct recruit loses Heavy Volume Hitter status, the override calculation switches to the applicable standard commission amount.
If a recruiter leaves the Partner Network or is removed:
Their direct recruits remain in the Partner Network.
The former recruiter loses all future overrides from those recruits.
Recruitment overrides do not create ownership of, or control over, another partner’s account.
A partner qualifies for Heavy Volume Hitter status by generating 30 or more Confirmed Travelers in a calendar month.
For the threshold:
Travelers must have paid in full.
Travelers must actually complete their trips.
Cancelled travelers do not count.
If cancellations occur, the partner may still qualify if at least 30 eligible Confirmed Travelers remain for that month.
The partner is responsible for accurately communicating trip details and applicable booking and cancellation policies to help set clear traveler expectations. Qualification, however, is determined by the final eligible Confirmed Traveler count.
Only travelers attributed directly to the partner’s own Partner Codes count toward that partner’s HVH threshold.
Travelers generated by recruited partners do not count toward the recruiter’s personal HVH qualification.
The threshold counts individual eligible travelers, not merely booking references. A booking reference with multiple eligible travelers may contribute multiple Confirmed Travelers. A traveler who cancels does not contribute to the threshold.
Mickey’s Links verifies the monthly Confirmed Traveler count.
HVH qualification operates one month in arrears. If a partner reaches the threshold in January and the result is verified, the enhanced rate starts in February.
If verification shows that the partner has fewer than 30 eligible Confirmed Travelers, the partner does not qualify on that basis.
Eligible HVH bookings earn commission at 15% of the Base Package Price before discounts.
Optional add-ons and upgrades are excluded from this calculation because those amounts are allocated to the relevant vendors.
Bookings allocated to free-trip rewards do not earn the partner’s 15% commission. Recruitment overrides on those bookings are handled separately under Section 6.
The applicable commission rate is determined by the month in which the booking is made, based on the partner’s status applicable to that booking month.
The month in which the trip eventually takes place does not, by itself, change the commission rate that applies to the booking.
A partner must continue to generate at least 30 eligible Confirmed Travelers in a calendar month to maintain HVH qualification.
If the partner falls below 30, a one-month grace period applies. During that grace month, the partner retains the 15% rate.
If the partner remains below the threshold during the grace month, HVH status ends and standard commission rates apply from the following calendar month.
If the partner later reaches 30 or more eligible Confirmed Travelers in a month and is verified, the 15% rate resumes from the following calendar month.
Mickey’s Links may issue multiple unique Partner Codes to one partner for different trips, campaigns, or offers. All such codes are linked to the partner’s account.
A booking is attributed to the partner whose code is actually used at checkout. Only one Partner Code can be applied to a booking for attribution purposes.
A traveler may use different Partner Codes for different bookings. Commission for each booking is attributed according to the code used for that particular booking.
If a traveler uses a partner’s code for a later booking, the partner may earn commission for that booking if all other eligibility requirements are met.
Partners may share their codes publicly, including through social media, WhatsApp, communities, creator pages, and other permitted marketing channels.
Mickey’s Links may change or revoke a Partner Code if it is compromised, abused, or used in violation of the Partner Network terms.
Valid bookings already attributed to a code retain their attribution and commission eligibility after a code is changed or revoked, subject to the rest of this policy.
A traveler may book directly with Mickey’s Links and still generate commission for a partner if the traveler uses that partner’s code for the booking.
If a traveler forgets to use the code, the booking is not attributed to the partner and does not earn commission for that booking.
Partners may promote approved pricing, discounts, inclusions, offers, trip availability, accommodation quality, safety information, and experience claims.
Partners must not invent or promise unapproved discounts, offers, facilities, inclusions, safety guarantees, or other benefits.
Misleading or unapproved claims may result in removal from the Partner Network.
Partners may use brochures, creatives, brand assets, and ready-made marketing content supplied or approved by Mickey’s Links.
Partners must not modify those materials to add unapproved claims, offers, prices, or promises.
Paid advertising is permitted provided the partner follows this policy and uses approved claims and compliant content.
Partners are responsible for their own advertising expenses. Mickey’s Links does not reimburse these costs unless separately agreed in writing.
Partners must not collect or hold traveler payments on behalf of Mickey’s Links.
All traveler payments must be made through the payment channels designated by Mickey’s Links.
Partners must not independently authorize or promise:
Refunds or cancellation exceptions;
Date changes or rescheduling;
Special booking terms or exceptions; or
Any other commitment outside their authorized partner role.
Mickey’s Links handles booking changes and exceptions under the applicable booking policies.
Partners operate as independent referral and marketing partners. They are not authorized to enter into agreements, incur liabilities, or make commitments on behalf of Mickey’s Links beyond the role expressly authorized by Mickey’s Links.
Mickey’s Links may remove a partner for fraud, misconduct, or violation of the Partner Network terms.
If a partner voluntarily leaves the Partner Network:
Pending commissions are forfeited.
Unlocked but unredeemed free-trip rewards are forfeited.
The former partner loses future recruitment overrides.
If a partner is removed for fraud, misconduct, or violation of the Partner Network terms:
Pending commissions are forfeited.
Unlocked but unredeemed free-trip rewards are forfeited.
The former partner loses future recruitment overrides.
A partner’s departure or removal does not remove their recruited partners from the network. Those partners remain registered independently, but the former recruiter no longer earns future overrides from them.
Mickey’s Links is responsible for verifying traveler eligibility, booking attribution, commission tiers, free-trip reward allocations, recruitment overrides, and Heavy Volume Hitter qualification.
Partners are responsible for following this policy, representing trips accurately, using Partner Codes correctly, and communicating approved information to prospective travelers.
Where eligibility depends on a traveler completing a trip, a booking alone is insufficient. Where a reward requires a choice between commission and a free trip, the same allocated bookings cannot be used to receive both benefits.
Questions about partner eligibility or reward calculations should be directed to Mickey’s Links for review.
